      By contacting your lender to check the payoff on your mortgage, your Realtor can help you assess potential profit.

3. Determine How Much Your House Is Worth
      Your Realtor will perform a comprehensive market analysis utilizing the San Antonio Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service data to determine the market rate in your area.

4. Estimate Your Costs to Sell
      We will calculate closing costs, taxes, prorated costs for your share of annual expenses, and associated fees in order to provide you with all of the necessary information to make an informed decision that you can feel confident in.

5. Estimate Costs to Buy a New Home
      Our sister company, Megamerica Mortgage, will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of what your moving expenses will be in order to prepare you for transition.

6. Calculate Your Estimated Proceeds
      Once all of the necessary data is finalized, we can help determine what your profit will be after mortgage costs, selling expenses, and moving expenditures are factored.

7. Make Necessary Repairs
